HADI ' S DAY

Finally, it was The Day. I woke up with my heart beating fast. My mouth felt bitter and I was also feeling a bit suffocated. I was not sick, I was merely feeling nervous and anxious . Well, on this very day the UPSR results would be out  and what could the fate be for Hadi? I took a deep breath and called up his teacher. I just wanted to hear it first before it was announced in the hall. It was going to be the same every year and had become the school's tradition. The teacher simply said InsyaAllah over and over again. I couldn't believe my ears! Hadi, my son obtained straight As ! Alhamdulillah.. Thank you Allah...Congratulations to the school, SKPB  for the achievement as the school with the most 5As students in Pahang! Thank you to all the teachers especially Year 6 teachers! Thank you also to his tuition teacher, Cikgu Al k.. May Allah Bless All of You Always.

KNOWLEDGE

A few months back I came across an interesting entry by a blogger. She was responding to some unpleasant comments in her blog. In my opinion, she had handled all the comments brilliantly. Instead of being emotional, she chose to answer in a plain and simple way which I found to be so inspiring and to an extent reflecting her moral excellence.One of the comments was quite cynical. It said, "You write as if you know about everything. However, at times you seem to lack certain knowledge.'' The following was her humble response :

"This is my idea of writing. I write about the things I know. It will then lead me to other things that I do not know. Then, I share. It is like sharing a few bowls of porridge with your neighbours. When they return the bowls, the bowls come back with different dishes. That is how you add to your knowledge. Nevertheless, I may not have the knowledge that you have or the answers to your questions for knowledge is like the sea, the more you swim, the wider it gets. That is the reason why there will always be questions that I might not be able to answer and also things that I do not know of ."
